I was at my local pawn america to check for any new good deals, as I do about once a week, when I saw this jem sitting in the corner with 2 craftsman boxes stacked on top of it. I was there the day before and it wasn't there, so I went over to check it out, I took the craftsmans off, and went to pull it out of the corner, but I could hardly budge it, it was stuffed full of tools!!! I tryed not to look to intrested as I quickly looked through the drawers, and I spotted a bunch of snap on and mac stuff, as well as a bunch of other good USA tools, mixed in with a bunch of junk. About that time I was spotted by one of the girls working there, who asked if she could help me, and I told her to ask the manager if he would take $75 for this old tool box. He came over and opned it up and said "Well it looks like it's full of old junk, sure I'll take $75." It didn't have the snap on logo on the drop front luckly, any thing that says snap on in this store is marked at almost full price! There wasnt much paint left on the outside, so I gave it a quick shot of rustoleum till I have time to make it look nice. I didn't have time to paint the drawers, but it will do for now. The big thing I missed about moving out of my old napa box into my snap on, was having my sockets in the top box, so I moved a bunch of my stuff into this box. It will take a little moving around till I have every thimg where I want it, but I think I will like it. Most of the stuff in the box now is stuff I already had. Here is a few pics!

Thi big problem that I have now is the empty drawers that I have in the bottom box where the sockets were. I guess that I will have to buy more tools.:bounce:

I got it at pawn america in Mankato. Most of the time it is very over priced, but once in awhile they just have stupid low prices on stuff. Last time I was there I got a like new flf80 for $40. The empty home owner style craftsmans that were stacked on top of this were 200 for the top and middle! More than new.

The socket trays are wooden ones that I made. The stubby 3/8 is a fine tooth matco. Most of the tools in the pictures are tools that I already had, Most of the tools that came in the box would be doubles, or triples, so I put a few in the classafieds, and I'm not sure what I will do with the rest.

The model # is KRA-59C, and it is from 1977

whats in that sk case?
That is a 3/8 drive sae hex set that I also got over the weekend, there is a local hardware store that is selling there sk for 40% off.

When I lived in Mankato, I stopped there all of the time. I never once bought anything due to their prices.
