House started last year and we moved in Nov first order of business was insulation and a heater followed that up in January with drywall. I had a friend do all the mud work then I proceed to lay approx 17 gallons of paint. Next up was lightning I went with lithonia 8ft leds, wifes not happy it's about like the sun

Garage is 24x24 2 car with the 3rd stall being 15x48 with 9ft ceilings and 8ft doors

Currently working on flooring and looking like it will be a sealer/densifier covered in racedeck

Scrubbed and cleaned up the sills today as I'm going to paint them before the trim and concrete sealer/densifier show up

Made me realize cleaning the floor for the sealer is not going to be something I enjoy

It's got a little gloss to it I was told there that exterior paint is generally is a step or 2 high in gloss than interior paint
