First garage

Amazing forum, glad I found it. My garage is a 3 bay, about 1300 sq ft with a 16 ft ceiling. The third is a 14’ tall door because covenants won’t allow my boat in the yard. I do basic work myself and plan to keep only the necessities in it, everything else in the basement. Love reading advice on epoxy flooring, lighting, and cabinet layouts because all those have been on my mind. I though a garage would be peace of mind but jokes on me. Some project I’ll be taking on is painting, epoxying, installing garage openers, adding in a pressure washer rig, installing a workbench and cabinets. Already have electric, water, and a hide a hose in wall vacuum in there.
