First gen HF 44” tool box w/series 2 or 3 side locker

Looking to see if anyone has put a series 2/3 side locker on a First gen 44”. I still have my 44” and it’s in great condition so I can justify buying a new box just to fit the lockers.

I have a gen 2 set of drawers on a gen 1 41". I notched the lip on the end cabinet to clear the lip on the roller. I set it back so the extra depth of the side cabinet was to the rear of the roller. I would assume you could do the same with locker. You could always go to HF and measure the mounting lip on the lockers and do some planning from there

I was going to say, wasn't the gen 1 44" (41") shallower?

Right, and the gen 2/3 boxes are 22" deep. Just making sure OP is aware.
