It looks well built and has the added credential of being a Huricane Katrina veteran. Concrete flat work and the fully sheathed walls with closely spaced studs tell me the people who built it knew what they were doing. With a good shell to start with your garage has a lot of potential.
Do you have room to add on or build a separate shop? Knowing you have those future options can justify electrical power upgrades, positioning of walk doors, etc that will ready for and easily integrated into any future expansion.
Love the Dodge with the baby hemi. Friend is building one (Dodge Hemi) for a 32 Ford project he has going. They power and pretty up nicely. Your a lucky guy; an early 50s hemi pushed Dodge sedan and a garage to put it in. Keep posting.
