First Parker Vise?

I have been buying/selling and collecting vises for a year or two now. I came across this No. A Parker vise. I am having a hard time finding out any information on it. I know of the Model No. 0000 I can't seem to find a single example anywhere of the No. A vise anywhere. Any information will be helpful. I want to believe it to be the first parker vise they made but no proof to back it up. I buy and sell these to pay for my dog's cancer medication so don't be too harsh on me for buying and selling.

Early parker, but not the first made. It's missing its collar as well. This ad is from 1905, Parker was older than that.

Thanks for the information. Its the first I have seen on them. I am curious do you know what the first model was?
