New guy. I am mostly in Texas but I am in Cali as well.

I just bought a house with a 4 car attached and a 40x60 detatched. I have lurked here before. Snooping around for ideas and knowledge.

My new place, and new home base, is in the Corpus area, but I am still in San Antonio (I am from central Texas) for a few more months. Even after we move, we will keep a place in San Antonio.
