Been lurking around here awhile and lately I keep getting a message to do an intro so here it is.
I am a longtime member of the HAMB and ventured over here a few years ago to see what others are doing with their shops and fab projects. My garage is presently awaiting electricity and insulation. I had this almost finished once and mother nature decided I needed to start over as a tornado took our house and the barn apart in 07.
I have a 49 Studebaker truck and a 50 Ford Tudor Sedan in the shop waiting for some TLC. Both will be built in a traditional hot rod/kustom style. My fab skills arent the best but I want to learn and will have to do so to complete the projects required.
I was an auto mechanic for almost 10yrs, and have worked in a GM assembly plant for the last 15yrs. I am married and have 3 kids with my son being even more car crazy than I am. If it has wheels or an engine I'm probably interested. That's about it for me in a nutshell.
