Thanks every one for the Welcome. As for the Variance to build a Garage on my Property, The town board said OK to my petition to go from a Town Max 15' high& 750 Sq. feet. To 17' & 1,080Sq. feet.

Welcome to the forum. May I suggest that you not post up your build here in the 'introductions' part of the forum. There is a 'garage gallery' subforum where the builds go and many more people will see it. looking good though.
