I have been following this forum for a while trying to do some research of flooring options for my garage. I am still undecided, but I did finally get my interior painting finished up and my pad poured outside of the shop.
Not much to look at yet, its a work in progress. This weekend I will install a rapidair system that will hook into my air compressor and remove the PVC that the previous owner had installed.
After that its going to be flooring decision time.
I would welcome any feedback that you, my thought was a acid stain and sealer.
I had a 4 post car lift and sold it, Im thinking that a two post asymetrical lift will be more useful.
The area under the loft is my woodworking shop, and the area in the back corner is the head.
Lots left to do, but its coming along.
Thanks,
Rich

Nice shop. Like the color scheme.
I have a 40x60 and wish I had the 16' ceilings instead of the 12.5'.
My floor was done by the previous owner with a flat gray color, For the most part it has done very well even with welding. The only parts that have pulled up are the areas of tire peel. I feel it was mainly due to bad prep
I also have the single Modine heater in the same location as yours. Does very well in the winter months. Just had to replace the thermal couple last week.

Looks great so far.

Only comment I would make, is hide the air compressor. Keep plenty of air flow around it, but put under steps or in other out-of-sight location with easy access.
