I can't tell you Guys how excited I am to have found this site. My garage is my number one hobby and has been for 20 years. I am a collector of Gas Station Memorabilia, Harley Stuff, any thing on wheels, and old toys. I'm in the process of adding a small addition to my Garage right now for my Harley. I'm looking forward to sharing photo's and ideas with like minded people that understand the passion I have for my Garage.

Welcome and great first post....

If I may make a couple of suggestions....since it looks like you will fit in fine and be around for awhile....

1. Put your location in your profile. You don't have to be real exact....just aprox...East or West of the Mason Dixi line....North or South of the DEW line (if you know what the DEW line is....we know how hold you are)..

2. Go to the garage gallary....waste a few days looking at some of the garages....then create a post on your garage and cars....use photobucket or some other free photo hosting site to keep your photos in....that way you can embed larger images in your post....then, edit your signature and put a link to your post. That way, people have a quick way to go see your garage and cars. You can get an example by looking at my signature or Jack's.

My first post as well....found this site yesterday and love it

Been reading strings dating back to 2007.....already got a ton of info on things I'm dealing with right now....

Doubled the size of my 2 car to a 4 car....no big money here but nice middle class project...

Two questions:

I'm thinking of going ceramic or porc. tile for my floor - any tips?

Second - Need to upgrade my tools....I have stuff from over the years but would like to really put together a set that is cohesive and of good quality...should I buy new or (like many friends tell me) should I buy used and piece something together?

Also - want to but a decent welder in....light stuff...any suggestions?

Thanks for any feedback...will post my before and after shots of cave when we wrap it up in June.

Welcome to GJ, I it's safe to assume that you like Yellow?

How many years did it take you to accumulate all your garage decor ?
