First Post -Testing- And to say Hi form WI

Hi All:

Just testing to see if my signature is coming through as well as a quick hello to everyone.

After the winter from H@!@ here in WI, I'm going to finally break down and build a garage. Well, not me, I'm not allowed near power tools, so someone is going to build one for me.

I'm on my 19th year on getting started, with last year being the closest ever..I got concrete quotes.

I think I've finally got past the..no matter how big you build, it's not going to be to be big enough..so I might as well join in with all the rest.

After reading many posts and seeing the great pictures of other garage builds, I will have to say my new garage will be in the neighborhood of 20,000 X40,000 sq ft to include all the things I liked and want in a garage

I'll start my newbie garage thread shortly and we will see what goes from there.

Welcome to GJ, JJ! From the sounds of your project, a proper name for a build thread could be it's own Zip Code. But I think you got the right idea on the rough size you need.

But always remember, Space Creates Vacuum!!! Build it and what ever size you build, you will find just enough to fill it and just enough more to wish you had made it a little bigger!
