First post here on Garage Journal. I bought a house over the summer with a 1 car detached garage with a bonus room/sunroom on one side. The garage will be automotive focused. Not sure yet what I will do with the room off the side.

The room off the side could be a good place for a mill and lathe or a fabrication room.
