Just got this fridge working again and now looking to restore. Thanks to all the older threads on fridge renovations I have an good idea on how I want to proceed. Here are the before pictures and one progress photo after sticker removal. My ex-neighbor gave me the fridge when he moved. Removing the stickers was a must. I'm not a big fan of most of these items (except ZZ top).
Here is my project outline:
Clean (Glue from the bumper stickers has been stubborn)
Sand (Would complete today, but raining outside)
Tape and Prime (Spray Rust-oleum Automobile Primer)
Spray Paint (Color - to be determined)
Fix spring in handle and determine if I want to keep the lock. The lock was installed by the neighbor to maintain the seal the door.
Install Castors wheels. Maybe.
I welcome any ideas that you thing would add to the project. I'm a bit of a novice and could use all the help I can get.
Thanks,
Mike
