The tank sits at about 32degrees which for argon\co2 mix should be plenty.

The reason for the unconventional cart is so that it can slide under my workbench.

Ammo can should come in handy. :bounce:

YES!.....me likey.

You have combined the worlds of molten metal and firearms......it is, by definition, a good thing. I'd stock the can with some of these:

....and strap one of these to the side of the rig:

Incidentally, while searching images for a shotgun shell pic, I found this:
2-27-shotgun.jpg :lol_hitti
I would greatly enjoy emptying those shells for that project!

Well done, sir. Custom-built just for you

interesting. cap the ends of the square tube frame for a cleaner look tho. also, you should replace that cloth strap with a chain. i know it's a long shot to burn through it, but safety first.

ha ha thanks for the complements guys.
I WANT THAT CHAIR! I think a gun rack would deff go well with this project.

Missile launcher... hmm....

I though about capping the square ends but it might work good as a MIG gun holder while welding.

Cool , very cool. Ammo cans are awesome. I got so tired of tool bags I started buying ammo cans to divy stuff up into specific cans , obviously item size is a factor but at this point it beats rooting around an overstuffed bag.

Very neat design terabyte.

The chair.......I went to Google, hit the images option, and searched for "shotgun shells"......among the images are several of those chairs. Beyond thinking they are super cool.....I know nothing else about them.

Here's the link to the images:

I expect one of you to build one of these pronto :pimpflash Of course, we run the risk of hijacking this man's assault-welder thread

Nice project. Where in SW Fl are you? I'm in North Port. If you reload, I might be able to bring you a little business.

That's thinking outside the box, very clever design! The only tweak I would make is to put the regulator gauges on 90* fittings so you can read them from the same angle as the welder controls.

Nice job
