Hey Guys This is my First Welding Table Build Project any Suggestions would be greatly appreaciated.

Looks like you're not too far from being done. I believe there's a post that has welding tables in it, maybe someone will chime in & post the link then you can see some of the others.

No Welder is on cart with Bottle on back, As far as the casters ther 6inch i believe an 325pound rated 15$ a piece at Tractor Supply, Im just waiting for an old machinist vise to pop up sumwhere to finish her off.

There is a 4" machinist vise for sale on amazon.com for $44.00 I think it is to small but the one I is the 6"swivel vise but on amazon they start at $400 on up. Sometime on some flea market they have the vise pretty reasonable. Nice looking tablet . What I did with my is install a 4 plug electrical that way my electrical plugs are not allover the table. Enjoy

Nice table. I used mine like yours for a couple years. Just took it back apart and sent it off to the water jet to have a 6" grid put in it for JIGS. Tapped them all and put heli-coils in.

Something to think about down the road.

Thanks, yes that thought crossed my very mind should have took it to a buddys he has a sweet cnc water jet table/ i have plasma to cut out but if i do it as is would prolly warp pretty bad .
