I should have just reread the title of your thread.

Looks to be a Stevens' Patent Vise. I think Fisher & Norris were anvil etc. makers in Trenton NJ.

Myself I'm intrigued by this vise. It is near identical to a Stephen's patent from looking at it. However in the pics is says patent may 23 1911? I would assume it is a different patent? Maybe for the material or process used to manufacture it? I've been looking online to find something, but have not found anything yet.
