This is a Fisher two screw post vise recently restored. Built in 1920 and somewhat rare to find now. Its claim to fame was that it was the only leg/post vise that had jaws which moved in parallel. It weighs over 90 pounds!. As found was the two jaws and top screw. An original bottom screw was found and the post was reproduced from reference drawings and pictures. The chain is the original cast steel type.
