Fix Scratched Epoxy Clear Coat

So, our new shiny epoxy garage floor was scratched by our big rolling trash bins. I don't know exactly when it happened, but I think that they were drug across the ground while they were filled with heavy trash.

I put some duct tape on the bottom to avoid similar problems in the future, but I would like to know how to repair scratches in clear coat.

I tried searching online for products that wouldn't require me to buy another $100 kit, but I don't see much. What do you recommend for repairing small/medium scratches in the clear coat?

Trash bins should not be scratching the epoxy. What brand? Was it ours?

Rustoleum. I think that the culprit might have been a large, sharp, rock that was stuck in the bottom of the can. The trash can was loaded with lots of heavy stuff and was spun-around on the floor.
