Just wanted to show my latest project. My 6 year old son asked for tools for Christmas and his upcoming birthday so he can be like dad. So I searched for a steel Craftsman box. My grandfather bought me my first tool set around that age and added to it every year. Well I struck out looking. So I had my dads old Craftsman box in the garage holding my oil change tools. I decided I would sand it down and paint it and it could be the start of his tool set and it would be his grandpas box. Not perfect but it will last him along time.

He didn't want silver like mine, and red was too common, so he went with bright blue. I wasn't too hip on it at first, but it came out so nice I admitted to him that he was right in doing it that color.
