Fixing a Mystery Car Jack

Hi there, I'm hoping someone can help me identify and fix my old car jack.

It came with a used car that I purchased over 20 years ago, so it's at least that old and the label was already worn off when I got it. It's an old tool. I don't want a new one though, I'd like to try and fix this one.

At the moment, it's not lifting my car at all. I need to refill the hydraulic fluid as well as bleed it but all the video instructions I've followed don't seem to work for my model. I've been looking at car jack brands all morning with no luck, so I've taken a bunch of pictures in the hopes that someone can 1) help me identify the brand and model and 2) lead me to a solution that'll help get it fixed.

And here's the dimensions:

Length, 24 inches
Width including wheels: 14 in back, 9.5 in front
Front wheel diameter: 3.5 inches
Back wheel diameter: 2 inches
Plate: 6.25 inches
Handle, two pieces, total length: 39 inches

The yellow arrow points to?
The blue arrow points to?
The green arrow points to?

The green arrow is the one you need to address. It's the fill port and you can bleed the air from it to. Remove it and fill with jack oil and then raise and lower the jack with the plug out and watch for bubbles. If it looks like you've got all the air out then put the plug back in aand try to jack up the car. If it still won't lift a car then it will need to be rebuilt.

That sounds like what I was trying earlier and it didn't work. It's unfortunate but it sounds like I'll have to rebuild it. I still don't know what it is though. Is there any chance that you know how I could find out? I think that would be the best start to the rebuilding process.

Sorry I didn't check the whole thread, so didn't notice. They are probably on photo bucket which screwed all the users a few weeks ago. Try a pm to hiball and he might be able to help. Within the thread there are names of suppliers for the rebuild parts. And also descriptions of how to determine which parts you need.

Unless hiball is willing to repost all the pics I think we are screwed on that.

FWIW, it looks like a Blackhawk variety.
