Fixing garage floor for selling house

I'm getting ready to sell the house in the spring, and need to fix an existing cracked concrete garage floor. Looking for a good quality cost effective solution I can do myself. At this point I'm probably looking at either interlocking tiles or rolled floor matting. Plusses and minuses of each would be appreciated.

Frankly, unless it's a grand canyon gorge you have I wouldn't mess with it at all.
