Which fixture for drilling bolt heads and nuts for safety wire is considered the “Cadillac” of the industry?

I used to buy them pre drilled years ago

I just put them in the mill vise and drill the hole. Parallels and a vise stop are all that's needed for repeatability.

Not sure who made mine, but it is 20 years old and still doing good. The same company also made the fixture to drill the center of SAE bolts as well.

If you don't have a drill press, then I would invest in a safety wire jig. Many people make them. Get the one that has hollow bolts for precision work.
