The cap included in the kit (that goes on the backside) is called a cover plate, so I wasn't sure what you meant.
That said, the part you are wanting Snap-on doesn't stock in an online listing. You might try calling them though.
Other than that you're probably SOL unless you can find a cheap used ratchet, perhaps not working for parts only.
EDIT: I suspect most if not all of the other ratchet model numbers included on that repair kit package photo above would likewise share the same face plate you are wanting, so if you were trying to hunt down a cheap used alternative to fix yours that might widen your search possibilities.

Yea, I've been looking on Ebay and it doesn't seem like anyone has parts / ratchets for parts. Might just chuck it in the bin.
Were you ever able to find the cover plate? I ordered one thinking it would fit my F751B but unfortunately the screw holes don't line up. I found this after I cleaned, sanded smooth the high spots and re-blued it. You can search the Bay for item# 296202205513, that's the one I bought...
