Flag Brand tools Germany

Hi All
Has anyone have information on German Flag Brand tools. Google has found Flag Tools Japan. I acquired these Griplock Pliers with an unusual mechanism.

"Flag Brand" + "Made in Germany" = manufactured in Germany for the export market

D.G.B.M. = Deutsches Bundes-Gebrauchsmuster. ( German Federal Registered Design) - manufactured after 1949.

Could it be the same Flag Brand selling a German made tool in Japan? Can't see enough of the logo to decide.

Edit: Looking on a bigger screen, nope, cross vs Japanese cross type mark.
