I'm sure they've held on and shown the devalued worth of the property for years like lots of big companies do, its on the books at cost 1000 years ago, and now its worth more than the store would ever bring in, in profits.
Most of their locations are like that I'm sure.
Sears is not In tune with retailing today!
I was there this week to buy a tool chest it took forever to purchase it!
Their stores and employee's are tired and it shows!
Also their website is sub par.
