Flake Combonations

[Big Boi]

Im looking for some flake combinations. I will be painting the top portion of the walls white with black and red stripes along the middle, and a light gray base. So far Ive been looking at black, white, and dark gray chips... But I wanted to see what others did, or ideas you guys may have...

Also the floor is going to have a light gray base w/ 3 flakes

Just wish that the contest was last week, and the kit was delivered already... Im on vacation for three more days, then its back to work. This week would've been the perfect opportunity to do so.

Floor first, figuring I would have much more time to be picky about my edge with regular wall paint!

I would like to put a decal down, but have no idea how to.

When I did mine, I had it custom made out of vinyl. Each color was a seperate piece. Its the same vinyl sign companies use for vehicals. Anyway, we put the colored flakes over the entire floor and applied two coats of clear, non yellowing epoxy. After this we laid the decal on the floor and used a heeat gun to adhere it to the floor. You then apply two coats of clear epoxy over the top of the decal and you are done.....not a big deal. I have had mine down for two years, drive over it everyday with no problems.

Just do dot use digital vynil, it will bleed and you will have a mess!!!

Oh yeah, every guy should have a projector in his garage.... My wife thought I was crazy when I asked for 60" flat screen, lol.
