Flake Floor

Light gray, Dark gray, and white flake floor. Used 100% solids with gray as a base coat. Used polyaspartic as the top coat for toughness! 400sqft tool room and work out room.

Are floors usually done before electric, Insultation, Sheetrock and painting??

I would have guess afterwards, especially if it was getting ground.

The flooring is typically last.
A pro is going to use dust remediation equipment.

I did the floor then cause i had a busy next few weeks....also the room is a tool room/gym so no drywall they are using 1x6 horizontal for wall covering. It does make it easy on me if i get in there first less stuff to tape off and go around. I use a planetary grinder with ermator vacuum so pretty much no dust!

looks amazing..

the floors can be done first if need be, since they're an epoxy, you really shouldn't have any problems with them getting stained, just dont let oils/solvents/paint SIT on them for any extended amount of time.

great job.

Im an epoxy contractor so i own a planetary machine.....i used a polyurea top coat its really durable and can take on most stuff no prob and will last way longer than a urethane. Also thank you. I try and do a good job ��
