Just throwing this out there. I've started collecting bids for the flatwork in my build and would like to know what you guys would ballpark this at. It's 1500 sq. ft., 4000# mix, 6" thick. All of the grading, steel and exp. joints will be in place. The concrete will need to be pumped as there will be radiant tubing in place as well. Basically, what the contractor needs to do is order the concrete, place it, finish it and sawcut it. Fellas ? :headscrat

I paid $2000 labor for a 1320 sq. ft. slab. 24 yards of 4000psi mix @ $84 per yard; $2016. No pump required for my slab. This was in Nov of '06.
