$30 for everything? That doesn't sound right. Is that your total, or your asking price for the 4-way wrenches?
HOw much was that HUGE superrench?

They are helpful when you are using one hand on one side of something and tightening on the other; they are called "saltus" wrenches.

thos on the right, with the swivel socket head, are they a lot of use? I've seen them and can't make up my mind whether to buy or not. I sort of have a feeling that they'd be swivelling around not doing a lot ?

I had a set of Trident ones, somehtign else that my ex work obviosuly stole. I loved them, used them all the time. the head doesn't flop about, its held firmly but easy to move.

I would recomend a set Frank, look on ebay uk theres a set for under 60 quid I'm sure, the same set I had.

Nice haul.:thumbup: I'd pay $30 just for the Snap-On angle wrenches. I love those things.

What size is that giant wrench. It looks like it says Superrench on it? Williams?

Hey nissan_crawler, I see you noticed the angle wrenches too, but did you catch the offset box ends.

This is the first sale that I have been to since getting hurt this summer. The wrenches are all snap on except for three armstrong ratchet wrenches and the williams wrench. The williams is 2 5/8" and heavy as hell. The guy who I bought the tools from is planning on moving from new york due to the high taxes. He and his wife set up a table next to my family at the flea market. This stuff didn't make it to the table I bought the whole tote. We chatted during the day and he asked If I would be interested in anymore tools since his sons do not want any of them. I can't wait to see what else he has.

No, I didn't. Good catch. If that's a matching set, i would sure be interested in taking them and the angle wrenches off his hands (if the angle ones are over 3/4").

Thirty bucks for everything plus a real cool navy light.

No way... $30 for everything?????????

:beer::beer::beer:

Seriously, you should send the guy a thank you card or something. Actually, he'd probably be happy to know that those tools were bought - not just by a person who appreciates them - but by a guy who posts them on the interweb so taht a bunch of other appreciate tool nuts can ogle them too, :lol:
