Flea Market Score

Went to a flea market today. Almost no tools until I found a table with an old man that had a lot of garbage tools. Took a closer look at a punch and noticed it was Snap On. There were 9 Snap On punches and 2 Snap On chisel. Asked how much and he said 50 cents each!!!! I said would you take $5 for all and he said absolutely!!! All in all a good day. Nice score but shame on you for talking the old man out of 50 cents. He had no clue what he had and would not have been there if he didn't needed the money. I would have slipped him $10 and been very happy and I am the king of cheap.
I should put the Jewish hex of a guilt trip on you. LOL
$10 would still was under a dollar each. You can't cheat kids and old people. You are going to get to the pearly gates and not get in because you did not tell the old man what he had. LOL No worries I bought a painting for $100 that I sold for $18,000 and I have had better deals. It is what you know than makes you money. But shame on you anyway. LOL

Keep in mind that a lot of things at flea markets are stolen and a lot of the people are criminals. They are prime locales for fencing things that were gotten for free....at least here in NC. Kudos for him getting a great deal but I'd say there's a 50/50 shot of that old man being legit.
