Fleet tools advice quick!

Alright so my girlfriends sisters neighbor haha is having a yard sale tomorrow well I got to browse around it today before anyone else well I seen a lot of fleet sockets with a fleet ratchet I believe it was 1/2. Well I haven't heard of fleet so when I got home got on GJ and searched around a bit and seen I believe fleet was made by proto??

Well now my questions when did they stop selling fleet? Are they rare I like to collect harder to find tools such as plomb I love old tools but I don't want to become a hoarder especially at a young age lol. And what should be reasonable prices on these I didn't see what they were asking but a lot of their items at the yard sale seemed kinda steep so I don't wanna pay a fortune for average old tools?

IDK their history. I've picked up a Fleet socket here and there. I did find a complete matching set and thought of maybe selling on ebay, but after research saw that they did not command premium dollars. Look at ebay now...nothing special.

If they are complete matching sets, probably be cool to have if you need it. Maybe resale if you get them cheap enough. Or maybe someone on here will trade/buy from you.

But a goldmine, I think not. Just my 2 pennies...

Fleet tools are a quality tools.I have some.Nicely machined.

Late 1960s to maybe early 1970s.

They are good-quality consumer-oriented tools. Not especially rare (nor valuable) but good users or for a collection.

This is a 3/8" set my grandfather gave me in 1967...

They are excellent quality and that set is all I own of the Fleet Tool brand (I think there might be a couple of extension under the insert) so they must not have lasted much if at all into the 70s.
