flex head ratchet ID

Hi, I'm wondering who made this 3/8 flex head ratchet. It's 25+ yrs old and good-great quality IMO. There's no mfg ID on it but it may have been sanded off?

edit: ok, I'm an idiot. I just googled the patent and it said it is new britain / husky

Do a search for "Champion Plug Master". It is the exact same ratchet.

nope, nice and tight . It's a very nice ratchet IMO.
