Flex head ratchet on lug nuts

is anyone using a 1/2 flex head ratchet (17" or longer) on SUV lug nuts and how strong are these? I'm planning to get a flex head ratchet instead of a breaker bar and speeder.

yes lug nuts are one place where a flex head really shines. you don't have to scrape your knuckles on the tire. if it is a Cman or better, strength is not an issue (that i've seen.)

I used to use a SO S711 with an extension and chrome socket for my Jeep.

well i use a lot of SLX80 (snap on 24in long 1/2dr locking flex ratchet)... at home.

thanks for the quick replies, i am looking at a SO locking flex head a while ago and I was tempted to get it instead of buying a breaker bar. now i more inclined to get it

i love my SLX80... but i got it "good deal" as buy SLX80 and got a snap on jacket for free...
