Went to Harry Epsteins today and saw an interesting tool, a Williams Flex Head SQ Driver 3/8 - 1/2: http://www.harryepstein.com/williamsimporttools.htm

The only thing I can think of is that you would basically be using it like a short breaker bar. I wouldn't mind one but I wouldn't pay much for it.

hard to tell from picture if there are detent balls on the square drives..... i could see it being popular.... there are still a lot of people that like the old boxet wrenches.... something like this would just give more versitility to the sockets you already own

The best I could figure is that with a dual Female socket plug on one end the tool could act as a "variable angle" speed handle. Any thoughts on this?

Put a socket of either needed size on the end, and a homebrew saltus wrench. But since I have never been a big fan of a saltus wrench, this seems more appropriate to me.
