What do you guys recommend? Something 8mm-19mm should cover me.

So far I've found the Williams MWS-12RCF.

It depends on how much you want to spend. Ratcheting wrenches are a wear item to me. I would go with Gearwrench or the cheapest set without size skips you can find. I've got the Craftsman branded version of Gearwrench's flex ratcheting wrenches and they work fine.

I don't think I've ever seen quite that combination of features.

Kabos are flex and reversible but not combos

See plenty of combo and flex but not with reversible

Only thing that came up in a quick search were the williams

and some craftsman that clearly don't look reversible, there's even a direction arrow on them

Maybe one of the truck brands make something

Yeah, I'd like to stay around $200.

Toptul doesn't make them.

USAG calls the 285 KF reversible, but they don't appear to have a switch.

Not looking to spend tool truck money, but I've needed the sizes my current 8 pc gearwrench set is missing and figured I'd see what deluxe options were available now.

That Williams set looks interesting. I've not ever tried using a reversible flex ratcheting wrench. It took me a while but I finally got used to the gnurled edge of the Gearwrench flex & locking flex wrenches to be able to tell the direction by feel without having to look at it or spin it by hand first so having to flip them around doesn't really slow me down any more like they used to. Shame they're one of those "Country of Origin ‎China" Williams sets of tools, but I suppose if they weren't they'd be at least $100 more if not double the $200 they're asking for them.

I did buy a Williams 14mm reversible flex ratcheting wrench for about 4 fasteners on my daughter's car. Initial impressions: Very nice chrome, little backdrag, reversing mechanism is positive with no jams or faults. My only complaint with the wrench itself is the chintzy laser etching.

Now I want more in 10, 12, 17 and 19mm. There goes another $100

Those Williams ratcheting wrenches are also sold under BluePoint BOERMF712A about $500 for the set. That should inspire confidence that you are getting a really nice tool. If you want the top-notch call-and-get-a-new-one type warranty, that's definitely the way to go. But, the Williams is identical and still has a warranty, it's just the mail-it-off-and-wait type warranty instead. They are made in Taiwan.

I’ll echo 89 Mustang GX. I have the fixed offset reversible Williams wrenches as well. Ratcheting wrenches were born in Taiwan and they do them well. Exact same as Bluepoint, half the price. I put them side by side with my older Taiwan Gearwrench wrenches and they have a far smoother ratcheting action, positive feel on direction change (not easily bumped), plus the mechanism is serviceable (snap ring) to lube etc). Someone on here did a full tear down comparison vs Gearwrench and also found the Williams had a higher # tooth engagement on the pawl (7 vs 5 I believe).
