Flex shaft to turn die grinder into mega Dremel?

I've had this Craftsman 'Professional' rotary grinder (2.5a, 26500 rpm) for too long and found limited use for it given it's size. But I do pull out my standard Dremel a couple times a year to do standard little Dremel things. I'm thinking a flexible shaft would make this large rotary grinder more useful to me. Any suggestions on a shaft?

Only worry is this isn't a variable speed unit and not sure if that's an issue. I think I would use it for precision grinding and maybe a small cutoff wheel for small jobs.

Most of the shaft add ons for Dremels are kinda hinky, only attach to one device, strange attachments , only works with the motor hanging down, etc.

I have a Metabo flex shaft that works great. I am not sure how durable it is though because I have only used it
when necessary. It is 4' long and I use it with an older metal body Makita die grinder with a toggle switch. The price will be hard to justify.

I was going to say that Metabo was the only die grinder flex shaft that I could ever find and was pretty pricey. I had the same idea as wahoowad several years ago, but nothing ever came of it.
