Looking suggestions on wiring up a hanging heater, and air compressor.
My intention is to install a work box not sure what size I need (1 gang or 2).
near each unit (on the wall for the compressor, and on the ceiling) and run some kind of flex conduit to them.
Since I will be running a ground wire to each of them I guess it doesn't matter if they are metallic or not.
What I have seen so far is http://www.homedepot.com/p/Southwire-8-ft-12-2-CU-Modular-Assembly-MC-AL-Quick-Cable-56482101/204804401
I thought they had 6' lenghts in store, but not on line so I'll need to recheck.
Going to wire both with 12 ga THHN wire.
Looks like these premade pieces would just snap into the work boxes, back of heater, and into compressor pressure switch housing.
