Flexible garden hose

I need a 3 foot piece of hose that remains flexible in cold temps. It has to have the female garden connector on one end. I figure I can just take a garden hose and cut it off. However, those self coiling hoses are too cheap I guess. Many friends bought them and they break. Anyone recommend a hose or solution?

so female on 1 end what about the other end?

hose for a washing machine comes to mind could, could even get one stainless braided.

you could also just make a house to what ever dimension you need with a house shop. or I know flexzila sells house by the bulk and you can splice on ends.

The Flexilla has some negative reviews on Amazon. I looked before I posted Anyone have actual experience with the Flexilla?

You just had three recommendations for the Flexilla. How many more do you need?

I'll be the fourth. Have two of them and they are flexible when below freezing. The only downside to them is the color. Wish they had 'normal' hose colors. That neon green will fade in the sun.

Best water hose I ever purchased was Flexilla. I bought it after I replaced my portable air hose with a flexilla brand hose. It remains flexible in cold weather.

One bad review is not generally enough to convince me that a product is defective. After 2, I would look for more and count the good reviews. After consideration I would then further investigate.

My shop has 98% all flexzilla air . 3 reals . And 1 pre flexzilla garden hose real and 2 extra flexzilla garden hoses .

I even upgraded my hoses inside my media blast cabinet to them .

Yep Flexzilla is the way to go. I have 3 of them and they work excellent. I buy one every year at the Ace Hardware 50% off sale.

I have the flexzilla hose and the hose it self is great. Its light, flexible and easy to handle.

BUT and this is a big BUT. the ends are pure garbage. They are aluminum and you must take them off every so often or they will seize to your hosebibb. I have trashed the ends on two becuase I could not get them off after they corroded and basically welded its self to the brass hosebibb. I tried using plumbers grease on the threads and this helped some but it still an issue. I ended up using a pipe wrench to take them off as an adjustable wrench wouldn't do it. Cut them off and put on some old school brass ends and now all is good again.

They claim the newer anosized ends won't have this problem. I use Teflon tape anyways on my 1 Flexzilla.

I have at least 200' of the nice yellow Flexzilla hoses. I leave them out most of the year. They are great. There's one on the back porch of the rental right now, that was nice n bendy at 15 degrees the other day.
