I have been looking into placing new flooring in garage and had been trying to decide between RaceDeck vs epoxy but have come across flexible pvc tiles. I can find no real mention of these on this forum. They come with 25 year warranty so what is wrong with these that no one on this forum used them???

Welcome to the forum.

I have no knowledge of flexible PVC tiles. I do have Racedeck tiles in my garage and I am completely satisfied with them. I suggest you contact vendors for each type tile and get samples so you can compare them to see which tiles you prefer. This will also give you the chance to check out their customer service.

Hi
Our www.supratile.com are industrial grade PVC flexible tiles. They are virtually indestructible, carry a 25 year warranty, and are flexible and comfortable to walk on and not 'noisy' like many plastic/polypropylene tiles.

Photos show some of the flexibility. Great for floors that may have some 'wave' to them as they will conform over time to minor undulations.

That is similar to what I found, but if they are indestructible, 25 year warranty, comfortable to walk on and quiet, why are they not mentioned here as being used on garage floors? What is the drawback to these? Since you sell them , could you give some more information on them or could I contact you for further information. I found something that looks like this at a place near me Rubber Floors and More but was not impressed with salesperson as did not appear to know the product although had a sample which looked good to me.

I sell both.

Flexible.... My issue they stain from tires and that is not a warranty issue. If you go this route put black under the tires.

Hard.... Noise is easily overcome. Only potential downside is if you are looking for true substrate protection.

We have Racedeck tiles in our detached garage. I'd go RaceDeck or TrueLock HD everyday of the week.

I'd go (the right) flexible in industrial situations or when I was trying to waterproof / protect substrate. I also like flexible for basements and non-automotive garages that are being used as extra rooms, man caves, wood shops etc.

Please contact us directly at below for samples, quote, and info. We sell tens of thousands of square feet a year for garages.

We also carry the hollow type tiles which are our GS Series. We don't sell that muc hof them since the SupraTile is such a superior product and about the same price.

Thank you.
