So that tool bug bit and my necessities have now grown, lol.
Bought a small toolbox from Lowes on BF but was browsing a local government auction site and ran accross a toolbox.
Looked at it in person and seems pretty high quality, far better than the KIQ series from Snap On that was also there.
BUT... I cannot find anything about it online, primarily to figure out what would be a good price for it.
The brand is "Flightline"
