You can do the same composting toilet or incinerator toilet you planned for a boat and dump gray water on the ground



And for water check out RPS solar pumps. It seems like you're in a perfect situation to pump from the river up to a holding tank then use a 12v RV pump to power a camplux style water heater.
Good ideas but NYS does not allow dumping gray water in anything other than a full septic system. I can use a composting toilet but have to have same system as a flush.

River runs through farms and is a "Class C" iirc which is ok for fishing but not swimming. Looking at rainwater - floating or not.

I have lived aboard my boats for half of my 78 years. OP would be way better off investing in a cabin than throwing good money away on a boat.

So it seems like you're kind of stuck. You either haul your grey out or put in a septic system. I'm sure your neighbors who have trailers parked permanently all have septic systems ;)

No matter what you decide, all options sound like fun projects to build out.
