Floor Anchors

I'm getting ready to build my garage, and am thinking about adding floor anchors as pull points to help move cars around. I've seen 1 thread where this was mentioned, but the items used were very long. I'm planning on having radiant heat and a vapor barrier, so the pictures I saw would not work (they'd pucture the insulation and vapor barrier). The concrete will be 6 inches.

Is it possible to put pull points in the floor and not have them extend below the concrete? Has anyone done this? Did you make a the anchors yourself of buy them? Any Pictures?

Thanks!

As a suggestion. You could use a 2' pipe coupling welded to 1/4' plate steel about 4' X 12' imbed this into the floor with the coupling flush with the floor. You can use 2' pipe plugs to keep the dirt out of the holes. You can use 2" X 4" pipe with any pulling adapter you want. For extra strength I would weld the 1/4 " plate to the rebar....russ

RHP, Are these what you are refering to as Pulling Pots (Porto-Power Anchor Pot):

If so it looks like an ideal solution. Are they cut into the floor after its installed or are they installed while pouring the floor?

Anyone else willing to second this (preferably with firsthand knowledge)? I don't doubt you RHP, but I'd rather get a second opinion as opposed to the alternate (ripping out a section of concrete while pulling a car)

Thanks
