Any suggestions for a cleaner and future stain preventer? I searched a few pages and didn't see anything.

I have a 3000psi pressure washer to assist in cleaning.

Goals: Remove current oil and grease stains and then prep with some type of sealant to help prevent future oil stains.

This garage isn't for showroom purposes, therefore I don't want to epoxy the floor, but want the concrete to look decent.

Budget? I'd like to keep it cheaper less than $150 if possible.

Here's what the floor looks like now, it's worse than what the picture shows. I don't expect it to be perfect, but considering the work I've done to the rest of the garage, it's an eyesore.

That's just a water based acrylic sealer. If you don't plan on doing anything in your garage other than parking cars and storage it may work OK. Other than that it's not very scratch resistant in a busy garage environment. It will also soften if exposed to gas or other automotive chemicals such as brake fluid. Most people who use basic acrylics in a busy garage end up unhappy.

$150 for a 720 sq ft floor is not going to get you much to be honest. You can most likely apply a good penetrating sealer in that budget range. Most won't change the look of the floor, but it will make it more stain resistant. We have some articles on different types of penetrating sealers which you can find here. It will give you a better idea of the different options available.

After reading information on your site I think I'll just pressure wash my floors this year and then seal the concrete next summer when I can free up some capital to do it right.
