Floor coating manufacturers/salespersons

Doing alot of reading and searching here for a floor coating for my shop.

Could someone explain the difference between the different type of floor coatings ie: polyurea, polyaspartic, urethane, polyurethane, epoxy, etc, etc. Also when is a sealer/top coat/clear needed.

Also could you list the pro/cons between each type?

What type of floor prep is needed beside having it grinded/blasted?
