Trying to find the best product to fit my needs and wallet. I just had 40x60 floor poured in my soon to be new shop for a small lawn care operation in Michigan. I've been searching for a good affordable product to help protect the concrete from road salt as well as oils and other vehicle fluids. There must be a million different variations of products im hoping someone can lead me in the right direction. Thanks!

Look at ghost shield products, i used the 4500 densifier and 8505 over that. This stuff is ret for working garages. Vendors carry it here. They will help you.
Good luck.

Paint with sand will work and is cheap. The sand is to keep it from being slippery when wet. If it starts to get rough looking you can always repaint.

I take small lawn care service means fairly low budget and smaller machines? You rolling Bobcats through the garage? Big heavy trucks? They do make industrial coating but they will be relatively expensive.

I do have a bobcat so it will have the occasional bobcat traffic, nothing larger than a 3/4 ton truck at the moment.

Ghostshield is a great option for protection. Coatings offer a nicer appearance. I really like the polyurea and our new wb epoxy depending on the application.

Use a high performance coating like, epoxy, polyurea, etc...
They are expensive (relatively) because they work.

Great products indeed

Hi, Ghostshield as noted above would be good to prevent oils and such from penetrating, but to protect he surface topically and make it easier to clean, consider our SPGX one part polyurea....lower cost than an epoxy system.

We carry all of these and they are all very different at different price points.

Please contact us directly for pricing and further info. Thanks.
