I picked up a small building that has old concrete floors, my plan is to clean the concrete up good and coat them with something that makes cleaning and sweeping easier. The front half I plan to have a hoist, however the back half I want to use to detail cars on a regular basis. The back half will be damp often and sometime use wheel acid for cleaning wheels, is there any product that can hold up to these conditions?

Look into Ghostshield products. They penetrate the concrete and don’t allow things to get into it. Vendors here carry it.

We would recommend our SPGX polyurea/polyaspartic coating. This coating is more durable than even urethanes for protecting against acid and chemicals.

It is available in clear and colored/pigmented with optional tint packs.
