I'm doing some floor coating research for a family member with Parkinson's Disease. He's got 1800 sf of power troweled concrete in the shop he built last fall and is looking for a sealer. The shop is mainly used for ATV and Lawn mower storage, and he would like to protect it from leaking oil/fluids and Michigan road salt.
He's not looking for something to dress the floor up, just protect it from getting stained and hold up to the weekend ATV traffic. However since he has Parkinson's, he tends to loose his balance frequently; so not making it any slicker than it already is is crucial. He had his garage floor epoxied before he developed Parkinson's, but now has long rubber mats laid out to get from the car to the house door without falling.
