Floor covering direction help, please.

Hi,
My wife, daughter, and I will be moving into our newly built home in 4 weeks in Massachusetts. We have a 2 car garage, concrete, that I would like to make look nice. I will be doing occasional car detailing, rolling floor jacks, oil changes, light wood and metal work for small projects. I've been reading a bunch, but trying to figure out the best DIY option for a floor coating. No VCT please. It's brand new concrete, so I'm sure that'll help with prep. I have a pressure washer and can do a lot of DIY work myself and with my stepfather. Searching on the site here seems to bring up a lot of epoxy and poly coatings, the obvious Rust-Oleum, but also some other companies I've never heard of that seem to sell a lot on here. Also interested in clock tiles if they can be cost/time effective.

A single-part polyurea is one of the best options available for the DIY enthusiast. We have an article that explains why.

Just an FYI, even new concrete needs to be properly prepped via etching or grinding for 99% of the coatings available. Pressure washers are great for cleaning, but they do not prep concrete for a coating if that is what you were thinking.

Least expensive high performance coating we offer is our SPGX one part polyurea. Much better performance than a box store epoxy.
