floor drains

I need suggestions on epoxying around trench drains in my floor. Would it be best to cut around them with a brush? If any material gets over coated I assume you can't just pull off the tape after the floor dries. I also have about 6 1 1/2 " pipes that are floor level coming up vertically. I may want to use them for future plans. How could I make them accessible in the future? thanks

Pull your tape when still tacky if you can.

My suggestion too. Once the epoxy starts tacking up remove the tape.

I just went right over mine, almost invisable.
There is a drain inbetween the hoist and Mach.
